Microsoft Outlook
Open Outlook. Click on Tools, and E-mail Accounts.
- Click add a new E-mail account, then click 'Next'.
- Click POP3, and then click 'Next'.
- Enter the information for your specific email address.
- When you are finished putting in your specific email specifications, click on ‘More Settings’.
- Click on the ‘Outgoing Server’ tab at the top of the "Internet E-mail Settings" window.
- Click on the box that says ‘My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication' and make sure the ‘Use same settings as my incoming mail server' button is clicked.
- Click OK.
- Click 'Next' and 'Finish' and your email account is set up.

Microsoft Outlook Express
- Click on ‘tool’s and ‘accounts’.
- Click on ‘Add’ and ‘mail’.
- Enter email address, click next.
- Enter mail server info:
Incoming mail server: pop.accountsupport.com
Outgoing mail server: smtp.accountsupport.com
Click next
- Enter full email address, including domain.
Enter the password to the email account and click next.
- Highlight the account and click on ‘properties’.
- Click on the Servers tab Click the box at the very bottom under outgoing mail server, which says that my outgoing mail server needs authentication. Click OK
- Click Close.
- Click on send/receive to get your email.
