Conference Services

For the past 7 years, Beth Moeller, owner of IMC, has been involved in organizing meetings and conferences for a variety of volunteer-run organizations. To that end, IMC has created a suite of tools to help conference organizers manage their registrations. We limit our onsite services to the Capital/Saratoga/Lake George region of New York State.

Our new Conference Services division can help with the following:

• Online conference registration, including secure transactions and branding for your conference
• Custom registration forms, allowing for meal choices
• Ability to check the status of your registrations at any time from a secure link
• Onsite registration services

We can also offer assistance with local arrangements for banquet planning or tours of the area.
